このBill L zip walletを製作するにあたり、オリジナルで革を作成。
WARENFAUS ORIGIINALのヌメプルアップレザーになります。
原皮は北米産、鞣しは兵庫県のタンナーさんで行われています。

植物タンニン鞣しで2日間じっくりオイルや染料をタイコで鞣し、革の中から十分に染み込ませて おり、使い始めはマットな質感ですが、使用すればするほど自然なツヤが出てきて経年変化も楽しんで頂けます。
今シーズンはBlackに加えて、新色Cognacも染色からオリジナルで作成されています。
新色もとても綺麗な色です。

アメリカントラディッショナルブランドのレザー製品のような高級感がありつつもどこかクラシッ クな雰囲気を持つ革に仕上がっています。
旅先で訪れた店舗内の壁と家具のファブリックの組み合わせから着想を得て、内装にはカス付き のリネンキャンバスを採用しており、レザー×麻のコンビネーションにより暖かみがあります。

ベースは普遍的なL zip walletですが、収納、中身の取り出しやすさ、取り出し時のジップとのスレ等を考慮し、一般的なL zipよりも開きが大きくなるようにダブルマチが付いています。
ファスナーはYKKの高級ライン、エレメントひとつひとつを磨いたエクセラファスナーを使用しています。

This Bill L zip wallet is from GENERAL GOODS OF WARENFAUS, a line made by WARENFAUS that offers miscellaneous goods (other than bags) related to daily life and travel.

Original leather was created to make this Bill L zip wallet.
It is WARENFAUS ORIGIINAL tanned pull-up leather.
The raw leather is from North America and tanned by a tanner in Hyogo Prefecture.

The oil and dye are tanned in a drum using vegetable tanning for two days, allowing the dyes to soak into the leather thoroughly. When you first use it, it has a matte texture, but the more you use it, the more natural luster it will develop, and you can enjoy the changes over time.
In addition to black, a new color, cognac, has also been created from the dyeing process this season.
The new colors are also very beautiful.

The leather has a luxurious feel like that of American traditional brand leather products, but also has a classic atmosphere.

Inspired by the combination of walls and furniture fabrics in stores visited during travels, the interior is made of linen canvas with lint, and the combination of leather and linen gives it a warm feel.

The base is a universal L zip wallet, but it has a double gusset so that it opens larger than a typical L zip, taking into consideration storage, ease of removal of contents, and friction with the zipper when removing.

The zipper is YKK's high-end line, Excella zipper, with each element polished.
