1984年、ロサンゼルスオリンピックの写真集。
そこに写っていた白人マラソンランナーのメタルフレームから
着想したモデルになります。
MEGANEROCKの眼鏡の中でも、ワイドが広めです。

テンプルには強度をもたすため、
骨となる金属製の芯が埋め込まれており、
芯はVECTORを象徴する矢印になっています。

鼻あてはセパレートタイプで、
日本人にもかけやすいタイプになります。

眼鏡の素材に使われているのは、
植物繊維であるアセテート。

綿花と高純度パルプから作られたアセテートは、
柔らかく靭やかで、
肌に優しく、
アレルギーが少なく、
直接付けた際温かみを感じることができます。

磨き込む事で深いツヤがある同ブランドのメガネは美術品のように綺麗で、また軽量でずっとかけていても疲れないかけ易さも魅力です。

This is the
VECTOR 001 from MEGANEROCK.

It comes in two colors: CGY and MOCA.

This model was inspired by the metal frames worn by a white marathon runner
pictured in a photo book from the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
It features a wider frame than most other MEGANEROCK eyewear models.

To ensure durability,
a metal core is embedded in the temples to provide structural strength,
and this core is shaped like an arrow—the symbol of VECTOR.

The nose pads are detachable,
making them comfortable for Japanese wearers.

The material used for the frames is
acetate, a plant-based fiber.

Made from cotton and high-purity pulp, acetate is
soft and flexible,
gentle on the skin,
hypoallergenic,
and provides a warm sensation when worn directly against the skin.

Polished to a deep luster, this brand’s eyewear is as beautiful as a work of art. It is also lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods without causing fatigue.
